3 x Sales Representative wanted for outbound sales positions in a fast paced & dynamic office environment. 

No Experience Necessary!
Full Time | Mon-Fri 8:30am – 4:45pm
$65K + Comms + Bonus

About the role

Bring your vibrant personality to contact a range of existing & prospective clients from businesses all over Australia about their lighting needs, as one of our dedicated in-house Sales Representatives.

This role is based in our Wantirna South office but the future of work is definitely changing & we are open to discussing a potential hybrid Work From Home Opportunity in the future for the right candidate.

What would you be doing?

  • Sales & Account Management – make outbound calls to existing and potential clients, develop relationships, provide quotes & supply lighting products to suit your clients business requirements. 
  • Processing orders & credits
  • Join in on regular skill and product training
  • Meeting Phone Based & Monetary Company KPI’s.

What skills do you need?

  • Ability to hold fluent conversations on the phone 
  • Positivity is a must
  • Confident, happy and a can do attitude.
  • Enthusiasm and want to learn
  • Wanting a career in Sales
  • Good IT skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
